水疱瘡の恐怖

今日の岩槻は[はれ]

最近私の周りで水疱瘡がひそかなブーム・・・

なぜか水疱瘡にかかる大人が多いのです[くもり]

この時期だからか？？？

始めはインフルエンザーかと思うらしく・・・

２，３日で病状は悪化・・・

病院にいくと

水疱瘡というパターンが多いらしく

恐ろしいです[くもり]

そもそも水疱瘡とは・・・

水痘(水疱瘡）ウイルスに感染して起こり、発熱と全身に強いかゆみを伴う発疹

が特徴の感染症。水痘にかからない子供はほとんどいないといわれるほど子供

にはよく見られる病気。

　一般に小さいうちにかかると軽く済むので、乳児期の水痘はそれほど心配は

いらないが、発疹のかゆみが強いので赤ちゃんにとってはつらい病気といえま

す。

　水痘ワクチンの接種によって感染を防ぐことができます。

　１０歳ごろまでの子供によく見られる病気だが、最もかかりやすいのは１～

４歳の子供。生後間もない赤ちゃんは、お母さんからもらった免疫があるので

ほとんどかからないが、まれに生後１ヶ月過ぎの赤ちゃんがかかることがあり

ます。小さい時期にかかった場合一般的に熱もそれほど高くなく発疹の数も少

なくて済むことが多いが、年齢が上がるにしたがって、熱も高く、発疹も多く

なる傾向がある。子供のときに感染を免れ、大人になってから感染するとかな

り重症になり、発疹のあとが残ることもある。

　妊娠中に水痘ウイルスに感染するとまれに胎児に影響することがある。した

がって水痘にかかったことのない妊婦さんが水痘の子に接触した場合はすぐに

産婦人科医に相談してください。

　水痘は一度かかると免疫ができるため二度と感染することはない。

１１月から７月の冬から初夏にかけて流行し夏にはあまり見られない。
