振込め詐欺

今日の岩槻は[はれ]

昨日とは打って変って夏日よりでございます[ちょう]

この時記特有の暑さでございます[ヒヨコ]

さてさて先日センチュリー２１本部より

“振込め詐欺にご注意下さい”

との伝達が回りました[ハウス]

その内容というと・・・

先日東京都多摩地区のアパートの入居者に

『所有者変更の為、賃貸料振込口座変更のお知らせ』

という手紙が届いたというもの・・・

振込み口座も記載されており、悪質極まりない文面！！！

幸い、朝早判明したため入居者、金融機関への連絡等が

スムーズに行われ大事には至らなかったようですが・・・

皆様もご注意下さい。

アパートの振込み先変更なんて手紙が届いた場合は

まずは、管理会社さんへ必ず確認をし振込みをして下さい[ハート]

最近は“俺俺詐欺”、“かにかに詐欺”等・・・

内容、形を変え、手口も様々[くもり]

怪しい！と思ったらその場で振り込まず、警察やご家族、ご友人に相談を！！

振込み詐欺で引っかかってしまうケースの大半は

冷静さを失ってしまっている場合が多く・・・

詐欺師達も冷静さを失わせるような内容で近づいてくるようです[ちょう]

皆様の強い姿勢を盾に振り込め詐欺を撲滅致しましょう！！！
